About the Job
Blume LLC is expanding its remote-based sales development representative (SDR) team. We seek a Senior Sales Development Representative (1-3 years) with demonstrated success who is: 1) ready to take on project executive/client delivery responsibilities, 2) is based in WDC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, SC, GA or FL and is comfortable working remotely; 3) who is extroverted, personable, proactive, goal-oriented, energetic, positive, collaborative, organized, tech-savvy, client-centric, polished and entrepreneurial-minded, and 4) is an outstanding communicator and relationship builder on the phone and in virtual meetings.

As a Blume Senior SDR, you will work under the guidance and direction of our SDR Director. In this role, you will provide demand generation and project executive/client delivery services to our clients across your assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize our lead generation tools and resources to make calls, send emails, connect on LinkedIn, introduce our clients' solutions and secure meetings
- Proactively source and qualify high-quality leads to support our clients' sales efforts, meeting monthly and quarterly quotas
- Research and create targeted lists of prospects who could benefit from our clients' tech product/service
- Reach out to curated and targeted lists to identify sales opportunities
- Guide qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process by scheduling further conversations between the prospect and the client's Account Executive
- Implement email campaigns, sales pitches, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies to improve lead generation
- Present our client companies to newly identified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly calling and meeting quotas and track results using provided tools
- Take charge of at least two client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through strategic oversight and effective problem-solving.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and effective channels of communication, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Lead weekly team sync calls with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and align on upcoming initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to account management.
- Deliver weekly reporting on account performance, market insights, and team productivity, utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Blume's offerings
- Collaborate with the team and leadership to serve our clients and drive business success
- Continuously develop your sales skills and expand your knowledge of clients and the industry
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications to Succeed
- 1-3 years of prior SDR experience (including cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn outreach)
- Sales or customer-facing experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Familiarity with Demand Generation and Email automation tools
- Possess an entrepreneurial, extraverted, go-getter spirit that thrives in a dynamic startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Tech-minded and savvy, comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Koncert, Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.

- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Enterprise SaaS sales experience preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate technology (PropTech), Construction Tech, HealthTech, FinTech or Cybersecurity preferred
- Some prior project executive/client delivery/account management experience preferred
