About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and implementing new IT solutions to improve business operations. The IT Manager will work closely with executive management to ensure our IT systems are secure, reliable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct IT support and helpdesk services while managing and mentoring other IT support team members.
- Lead and manage the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of all IT issues.
- Develop and enforce IT support policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work closely with senior management to align IT strategy with our business goals and drive success.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies; conduct regular security audits and assessments.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Lead system integration efforts to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Proactively monitor system performance and address issues before they impact the business.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices to keep our team ahead of the curve.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software management, and cybersecurity.
- Proven experience with IT support and helpdesk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
