Job Duties
- Manage the division in establishing new equipment and the strategic roadmap
- Work with 20-40 direct reports and internal product teams
- Set strategic and tactical objectives for both Strip and Etch products
- Implement standards for chamber design and bringing tools into production
- Your focus will be with the plasma etch Hardware design in the electrostatic chuck and or flow dynamics technologies
Requirements
10+ years of Leadership Experience With:
- Previous hands on experience in designing the physical chambers and have brought tools and applications in these technologies to market that have become commercial, production worthy tools resulting in multiple repeat orders from customers

- Degree in Engineering
