Key Responsibilities
- “Own” the webinar program at Check Point – from ideation, to execution, to driving sales opportunities for our sales team across the portfolio.
- Lead the webinar concept ideation cycle.
- Coordinate all aspects of webinar production, including scheduling, logistics, and technical setup, to ensure smooth execution of each event.
- Develop strategies to engage and interact with webinar attendees before, during, and after the event to maximize participation and retention.
- Manage the budget allocated for webinar programs, including expenses for technology, marketing, and speaker fees, to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Work across teams (e.g. product marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure content is timely, accurate, engaging, and relevant for the target audience.
- Test/pilot promising concepts to create a constant flow of proven concepts.
- Produce winning concepts at scale, globally, to maximize the number of prospective “hand raisers” ready to talk to sales
- Recruit experts to participate.
- Host and facilitate webinars, engaging participants.
- Work closely and seamlessly with our marketing automation expert – webinars, to make sure guests are invited, content is ready, webinars run smoothly, follow up takes place, and tracking and measurement are all in place to enable a high performing program
Qualifications
- East Coast
- Minimum 3-4 years of B2B Marketing within the cyber security industry, or similar market category.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in webinar production or digital event management, preferably in a marketing context; have a strong understanding of webinar platforms and technologies to troubleshoot issues and optimize the user experience. Proficiency in various platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, WebEx) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in any field; emphasis on academic excellence and a track record of high achievement preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
