About The Role
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be working with stakeholders across multiple business domains (GTM Operations, Finance, Ecommerce, Customer Success, HR, Legal etc.) and PMO members to understand their data ingestion, metrics needs and work with the Data and BI engineering teams to plan and deliver analytics across the enterprise. You are responsible for eliciting requirements, in the form of Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the data engineering backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and chair Enterprise Data Warehouse ceremonies: scrum, backlog grooming / sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Ensure demos and training to end users are performed, especially for impactful changes to end user’s processes and workflows.
- Create and report on sprint metrics and velocity planning.
- Triage new tickets submitted to the backlog, prioritize, and assign them.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog for the team and structure it according to the team’s high level quarterly objectives.
- Remove blockers for the team (e.g. submit and chase caretaker and Jira tickets for access, obtain timely status updates, etc.).
- Work with the team to measure progress and meet quarterly objectives.
- Support the team in its Agile maturity journey and drive process improvements.
- Help build our terminology list and other foundational team tools. Embrace and help refine our voice, tone, and writing principles.
- Partner with teams that act as an extension of our own.
- Create guidelines and templates for well written user-centered notifications for technical and business audiences (release notes, alerts, announcements, design documentation).
- Own and drive projects independently, while sharing your work frequently in critiques.
- Advocate for the customer in all aspects of your job.
- Work at both a detailed level and a strategic level.
What You’ll Need
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 5+ years experience working as a Data Warehouse Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools – JIRA / Confluence
- Strong grasp of Data Warehouse, Reporting & Analytics topic areas.
- Experience exploring a customer’s problem space and addressing their needs through documentation.
- Exceptional audience analysis, written and verbal communication, and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $150,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
