The Partners will work with the candidate to develop a management structure. However, the candidate will likely report to the partners and have 3-4 direct key lawyers reporting to them to implement the strategies.

Some of the responsibilities on the operations side include:
- Generate and analyze reports on staff productivity, including billable hours, new cases, active cases, total cases, and industry trends.
- Utilize productivity reports to effectively allocate resources and assign new cases based on workload and skill sets.
- Ensure timely management of court deadlines, client meetings, and other critical events.
- Coordinate the assignment of cases to attorneys and support staff, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal workload distribution.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency and support the needs of the firm.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures to promote consistency and efficiency across the firm.
- Manage lease agreements for office space and facilities, including negotiation, renewal, and compliance.
- Oversee the collection process for client invoices, ensuring timely payments and effective resolution of outstanding balances.
- Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Deal with health insurance administration and monitor the quality of work to ensure high standards are maintained.
