Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting/administering VMware, Windows, Linux, O365
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing small to mid-size VMware environments.
Specialized Skills:
Required-
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration
- Experience in O365 Administration
- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts, such as VLANs, routing, and firewalls
- Experience in applying and maintaining security best practices in hybrid environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Keeping technical documentation up-to-date and knowledge sharing

Role Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Sr. Mgr. Information Technology, the System Administrator is responsible for administration and management of VMWare environments (on premise, small size), and O365 applications/services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune supporting. users in Redmond, WA and Santa Clara, CA offices. This individual is a single point of contact for all VMware and O365 related issues and is responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues. As a liaison with multiple technical teams, this role is critical in providing accurate technical and functional feedback and soliciting input from the end user community to ensure continuous improvements.
