As a
Revenue Enablement Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to craft top-tier training for our revenue teams. Working cross-functionally, you'll spearhead the design and implementation of enablement programs, ensuring that our
AMs & AEs have the necessary tools to effectively sell, implement, and support NinjaOne’s products. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, your role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our sales teams are primed for success. This position presents an exciting opportunity to drive NinjaOne's growth by refining sales processes and enhancing efficiency across the revenue organization.
Location: Based in the heart of
Austin, TX, this hybrid role operates from our downtown office. You'll be in-office on
Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays;

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles. This may include product training, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation skills, and more.
- Content Development: Work with Product Teams to edit and curate sales enablement content tailored to the needs of AEs and AMs, including sales collateral, presentations, battlecards, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials. Ensure that content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with sales strategies.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline sales processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
- Tools & Technology Enablement: Adept in B2B SaaS with a knack for simplifying technical concepts. Administer sales enablement tools and platforms to enhance sales team effectiveness, providing training and ongoing support for AEs and AMs to optimize productivity and performance.
- Sales Enablement Metrics & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Track and analyze data related to sales performance, training effectiveness, content usage, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue enablement initiatives. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales & revenue enablement and revenue optimization. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, elevate, and evolve sales enablement strategies to keep pace with ever-changing market dynamics.
About You
- 2-4 years of recent experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required.
- You have a strong grasp of B2B SaaS tech and have a clear understanding of the unique responsibilities of AMs and AEs.
- You are skilled in developing and delivering training programs with an emphasis on e-learning & remote training tools.
- You are proficient with LMS tools from content/course building through to administration.
- As a high-performing and influential team member, you're recognized for your strategic thinking and ability to consistently deliver repeatable outcomes.
- You're a compelling and persuasive communicator, with a knack for engaging audiences through effective public speaking and outstanding presentation abilities.
- Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills.
- You're skilled at collaborating across various teams and functions, demonstrating effectiveness in both in-office and remote work environments.
- Your tech stack includes WorkRamp, HighSpot, Asana, SFDC, Microsoft Office, & Zoom.
- Prior experience in startup or hyper growth company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
