Required
• Minimum 2 years of system administration experience with Windows server 2012 – 2019
• Minimum 1 year of system administration experience with UNIX and Linux server technologies
• Knowledge of Windows server technologies, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Experience with system management tools including WSUS, SCCM, SCOM and SCORCH
• Strong analytical skills/root cause analysis skills
• Understanding the operating system theory, core infrastructure, 3rd party software products, and client/server
hardware components.
• Experience with deploying system patches
• Available to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Management Information
Systems, plus two or more years of related work experience
• Experience packaging Windows applications using SCCM
• Certifications or experience with virtual infrastructures such as VMware
• Certifications or experience in cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS
• 1+ years of experience working with middleware software such as Weblogic and Tomcat
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Citrix desktop
• Experience with Office 365
