Assume overall responsibility for routine/non routine Facilities operations and preventive maintenance of the site in an efficient and cost effective, safe manner. This position will likely convert to a full-time role after ~3 months.
- 1-4 years of experience
- Manage and collaborate with vendors, including but not limited to, janitorial service, locksmith, security vendor, security cameras, building supplies, kitchen supplies, janitorial supplies, office supplies, lighting, furniture, pest control, plumbing, waste recycle, plants and vending machines.
- 24/7 on call emergency services and security guard supervision.
- Responsible for managing daily janitorial services to keep the building’s attractive and hygienic.
- Responsible for managing floor space plan and seating set-ups for new hires
- Administer access control(badge) system and keys.
- Develop plan/policies/procedures/work instructions/checklists to ensure consistent, regular, efficient, cost-effective building operations.
- Proactively conduct daily site walks to the upkeep of the working environment and the compliance of all safety standards, practices and regulations.
