Performance Monitoring and Asset Management Analyst
I was fortunate to be a member of a multidisciplinary course involving a group of College of the Atlantic students and faculty, Maine Island Institute members, and community members and faculty at the Energy Academy in Denmark. In Denmark, we studied low carbon economic systems and technologies and worked intensively in small groups to develop implementation plans for Hancock County. As my final thesis for the course, I developed a model for estimating heating requirements for buildings and used it to develop a written plan for implementing low carbon heating systems in Mount Desert Island High School.
