Drove organizational change management across 32 process and process automation releases, inclusive of funding, requirements development, testing, training, and support plan delivery for 40,000 IT and business practitioners with an enhancing year-over-year budget of $42.3 M. Delivery included stakeholdering with practitioners and leadership with organizationally delivered communication, training, and support planning.
Directed the definition and delivery of a scrum-based Agile methodology that was institutionalized across AT&T Technology Development and led an associated transformation program that resulted in more than 25% of AT&T’s technology projects leveraging the methodology within 12 months & cost avoidance of $10.2 M. Current adoption of this methodology exceeds 40% of all AT&T Technology projects.
Drove corporate and IT compliance expectations into AT&T’s SDLC, leveraging thin solutions and mechanization for product accessibility, requirements, visualization, role based security, SOX, and Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) management. Managed business case formulation, project technology execution, and budget of a call center insourcing initiative that included 17 call centers and 9 vendor companies, in 5 countries, with 46 FTEs. Overall scope included an investment of $9.2 M and contractual cost avoidance totaling $154 M over 3 years.
Managed 14-month delivery and budget of a voice enabled IVR implementation across a 9-state region, resulting in $9.1 M annualized headcount savings with investment of $38.4 M and management of 113 FTEs across 28 budget units and 4 countries. Successfully stakeholdered an additional budget need of $18.6 M necessary to deliver this Program, beyond original estimates.
Led merger initiative that resulted in the unification of payment processing for 2 major wireline companies and 1 wireless corporation, with day 1 delivery of seamless payment, reconciliation, and adjustment processing. Participated in pre-merger discussions, and led a merger program team of 27 FTEs while managing the program budget. $8.9 M in post-merger cost savings was realized and the revenue stream from all pre-merger companies remained uninterrupted, post merger and deployment.
Reconciled project issues, resolved churn, and delivered a web-based solution across 17 application families and 13 states that enabled the delivery of a unified voice and high-speed Internet ordering system. Total timeline involved 8 months of project engagement with 49 FTEs across 20 budget units in 3 countries and the investment of $5.6 M capital.
