Provided third level worldwide support and managed application deployment services for Lotus Notes and Domino in use at IBM. Envisioned, designed, coded, and oversaw deployment of Lotus Notes application that allowed global second level support teams to analyze server crash core dumps for offending stack traces and match them up with similar occurrences across geographies.
