The Identity and Access Management team aides in the management and security of employees’ ability to access their business-critical application needs. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, I am responsible for developing and coordinating data security policies as well as safeguarding information, evaluating, and updating existing data security procedures, drafting new security procedures and identifying new areas of security risk. As a Senior Business Continuity Analyst, I am a lead representative of the Assurance Testing Program used to drive and uplift Resiliency within Freddie Mac. In this role, I manage and partner with the various Lines of Business (LOB) to effect change by encouraging partners to provide assurance that their resiliency capabilities are working effectively and efficiently. As a servant leader, I assist Lines of Businesses in the identification of their testing lifecycle to ensure testing practices include integrated, enterprise wide, repeatable, measurable and auditable testing. · Coordinate and facilitate meetings with analysts to review LOB testing schedules and report current efforts taking place.

As a Financial Analyst within the OMBI department of DEA, I work with Program Analysts and Budget Specialists to ensure that funding is provided to PCS (Permanent Change of Station) employees entitled to Foreign Entitlements. I am responsible for the budgetary analysis, establishment, management, justification, reconciliation and regulation and policy adherence for employees stationed overseas/ PCS. I develop budgets for PCS'd employees entitled to Cost of Living Allowance, Personal Service Agreement, and Separate Maintenance Allowance. I work with the Program Analyst to perform budget oversight and control for these program accounts to ensure documentation is accurate and application of the Department of State Standardized Regulations of Foreign Financial Policies for PCS'd employees entitled to COLA, SMA, PSAs is provided within scope.
I complete fund requests, create funding cables enabling obligations, de-obligations, and/ or expenditure reports within DOJ database (UFMS) for PCS and foreign DEA employees. I complete reconciliations and adjustments to fund resources when necessary within the DOS Standardized Regulations of Foreign Financial Policies. In keeping in line with budget projections, I perform analysis of financial transactions submitted for input and ensure that we're on track; this includes making adjustments to employee accounts/ program budgets when needed.
Under the supervision of the Program Analyst, I am responsible for ensuring that information is current and allowance request forms received from the various 78 country foreign offices prior to the submission is accurate. This ensures the adherence of the Department of State Standardized Regulations of Foreign Financial Policies is being complied with. In adherence to the DOS policies, once budgets have been projected, I am responsible for data input within UFMS.
