• Proposed and implemented “Run to Kill” program to decommission AM MIS platform, which resulted in over $10M benefits and less than 3-year payback period.

• Sole IT provider of the CFO of Asset Management. This global business function, located in New York, Zurich, Poland, and India, is responsible for managing the close of the sub-ledger and General Ledger, consolidating financial information from multiple sources, delivering financial results to internal/external stakeholders, IHC, LE CH, Volker, Form PF, USGAAP, FIN46 AND FINRA and CCAR reporting for Asset Management.
