I also regularly assist organizations in handling all matters relating to data incidents where personal data was accessed by unauthorized computer hackers, including attorney general and other law enforcement notifications, and customer notifications. I have guided various organizations through privacy and security assessments and regularly draft and negotiate data transfer agreements.
In addition to providing compliance advice, drawing from my extensive background of litigating commercial disputes nationwide, I defend companies facing individual and class action claims involving privacy, information security and consumer protection.
When not solving my clients challenging privacy and security issues, I train and teach Kwan Um Do Kwang, a Korean sword martial art, run, learn French, and spend as much time as possible hiking with my 7 year old son and husband.
