Engineering and Operations lead (GS-14) at the Department of Justice, Asset Forfeiture Management Staff, involving 13 federal agencies across 3 departments of government. Helps manage the DOJ Assets Forfeiture Fund, the Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS), and government-wide contracts for administrative and professional services that employed over 1,000 people nationwide.
Directed a program providing maintenance and information management services for 17 accredited enterprise level products and 9 interfaces with external systems. In addition, supervised the network security and service maintenance required to support them.
Evaluated and adopts new technologies to meet agency’s needs to maintain a positive security posture. Also, oversees network maintenance, anti-virus detection and eradication, and hardware build outs. Works with the DOJ’s OCIO to mitigate and identify risks, perform security testing, and certify disaster recovery readiness.

Assisted in the oversight of the the Army Resource Cloud environment and the management of all IT systems that provided support during the DoD Planning, Programming and Budgeting process culminating in the annual submission of the Army’s portion of the President’s budget.
I was the lead Program Manager over the Army’s cPit application. cPit allows PEG users to augment user reported IT data to define how IT is represented in the POM. Specifically, cPIT served as the primary application used by PEG users to interface with SNAP-IT, which is used to publish the Army’s IT Budget Estimates to Congress.
I approved maintenance, enhancement and sustainment to the cPit application. I also gathered new requirements as identified by the Programming community, turning these requirements into enhancements.
