In addition, I install and operate encryption programs and other security software. I work with our team to conduct threat research, fix vulnerabilities and help develop policies and promote best practices for information security.

I worked as a contractor at the St. Albans school for a few months. While there, I installed workstations and printers as well as desktop operating systems and software. I also provided technical support for staff across the school and monitored networks to ensure availability.
