Our popular skincare client in Coppell is looking to add a FULL-TIME Creative Manager to join their dynamic in-house team immediately! This role is 100% onsite in Coppell, TX.

The Creative Manager is a highly visible role that will lead the design process form concept to execution for two brands. The Creative Manager will not only lead the high level strategy and concept but will also be hands-on in the day-to-day work. The Creative Manager will work with various teams to ideate and collaborate on impactful designs for desired target audiences. In this leadership role, the Creative Manager will also manage and mentor a team of 2-3 designers.

Creative Manager Responsibilities:

Develop strategic design direction for various CPG products, brand strategy, and go-to-market initiatives across marketing and sales
Take the lead on developing creative assets, always ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives
Ensure delivery of creative assets to internal and external stakeholders
Oversee and manage creative budgets
Participate in cross-functional meetings by speaking to the importance of creative recommendations and solutions
Collaborate closely with Brand-Product Development teams
Translate strategic goals into compelling creative solutions in branding and packaging
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop impactful go-to-market campaigns and sales enablement materials
Act as main point of contact between outside vendors and agency partners
Work with third-party agencies to develop and lead content shoots
Stay current on design best practices, always bringing fresh perspectives to the team
Research and utilize current industry trends
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 designers
Take part in interviewing and hiring decisions as the team grows

Creative Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience working with the CPG industry
Leadership/mentorship experience
Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Portfolio showcasing work across print and digital, including packaging, social media, web, email, signage, and more.
Ability to translate marketing strategy into impactful creative work
Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
Ability to lead multiple projects by managing time effectively, prioritizing work assignments, being flexible to changing requests and ensuring deadlines are being met
