Working closely with the Principals, you will oversee the implementation of initiatives to enhance efficiencies and streamline the project delivery team's performance in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

More than 10 years of proven experience in operational and project management.
Demonstrated success in supervising architectural or engineering teams.
