Head of People:
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of People to lead our global HR team and drive our HR strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of HR processes, managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership within fast-growing startups, with a strong understanding of strategic planning and a deep commitment to navigating cultural diversity effectively.
Responsibilities
• Team Management: Oversee a global HR team, including talent acquisition specialists, and report directly to the CEO.
• HR Processes: Structure HR processes for career paths, salary bands, and strategic roadmaps for talent acquisition.
• HR Functions: Manage all facets of HR, including recruiting, payroll, and benefits. • Cultural Diversity: Navigate cultural diversity and work with international talent. • HR and People Structure: Develop the HR and People structure to scale from 60 employees to potentially hundreds or thousands.
• Startup Experience: Provide guidance based on experience with venture-backed startups during their scaling phases.
Qualifications
• Experience: Significant experience in a similar People role, particularly in fast-growth startups.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HR functions, process structuring, and strategic planning.
• Cultural Navigation: Comfortable with managing international teams and navigating cultural diversity.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Rippling, Notion, and Wellfound is advantageous
