Overview:
Looking for an experienced Access control Support Technician with strong computer and networking skills. Candidates will be responsible advanced support of primarily IP based security systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Please note, this is not Cyber Security position!!!
Applicant will be responsible:
Handling technical phone calls from data centers globally.
Providing remote support and troubleshooting problems.
Documenting update and resolution in Service Now work orders.
Training new team members.
Escalation on-call is required.
Installation and support of software at all remote locations.
Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Looking for self-motivated individuals, who can interact with customers to address concerns and problems.
Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of Physical Security Software
2. SQL Script Writing
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to solve problems and demonstrate strong problem-solving techniques.
5. Knowledge of AMAG, Lenel, or Complete View is mandatory.
Job Requirements:
1. No criminal history – must agree/pass background check.
2. Routine drug testing – zero tolerance.
3. Ability to communicate with customers in a clear manner.
4. Flexible work schedule is required.
