Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Identity Management Specialist with a robust background in Saviynt or similar Identity Management and Governance products. This role requires a professional capable of effectively customizing, configuring, and deploying complex identity solutions, with a strong emphasis on hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support identity management and governance products, specifically Saviynt.
- Ensure systems are continually monitored for capacity, utilization, and performance to prevent business disruptions.
- Proactively work on continuous improvement by identifying cost reductions and productivity improvements.
- Maintain system landscape documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing timely and accurate updates to work tickets and managing incidents.
- Implement and enforce policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend applications and solutions for system enhancements.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in the customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt.
- Strong technical proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructures.
- Experience in Infrastructure administration related to hardware and software components.
- Proficient in ITIL concepts; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the conventional framework.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational hierarchy.
- Strong team player who can collaborate across multiple functions and disciplines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Azure/Linux environments.
- Ability to run queries and manage databases.
- Security certifications are a plus.
Onsite And Rotation Details
- Activity-based onsite requirements: Minimum onsite presence depending on project needs.
- On-call rotation: Candidates must participate in an on-call rotation schedule, which runs from Monday to Monday. The primary person fields calls and assists with issues; if overloaded, the secondary person is brought in.
Interview Process: Candidates will undergo two interviews; one technical with the team and one with the manager. The order of interviews will depend on availability.
