Position Title: Security Operations Manager
Location: Houston Metropolitan Area (specific locations to be designated)

Overview: TriCorps Security seeks a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the effective provision of security services at multiple facilities in the Houston area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in security management and will be responsible for directing and supervising all security operations. This role requires a dedicated professional who will use and occupy a portion of the facility as their primary business office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Direction: Direct and supervise all aspects of security services, ensuring safe and effective performance in accordance with the client's needs.
- Primary Business Office: Use and occupy a designated portion of the facility as the primary business office.
- Representation: Act as the primary representative of TriCorps, authorized to make decisions and act on all matters pertaining to the client's needs.
- Dedicated Service: Exclusively dedicated to the services required by the client.
- Availability: Be available immediately by phone, email, and text message at all times. Work schedules may include nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on security needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the provision of security services. This is REQUIRED.
- Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Licensing: Must be duly licensed by the State of Texas to perform required services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and supervise a large team of security personnel.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
