Job Description
- Manage and optimize Client's IT Infrastructure across global regions to ensure availability and effectiveness.
- Oversee the successful inclusion of infra operations IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with peers to define the operational requirements for new applications and solutions.
- Monitor IT servers and systems using internal tools, enhancing proactive monitoring to maintain health of the environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable operations. This includes crafting service level agreements (SLAs) for incident responses.
- Administer ITIL standard processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management, as well as Service Assets and Configuration Management.
- Ensure flawless service delivery and manage the successful transition of services to eliminate surprises through a proactive approach.
- Conduct regular reviews of skills availability, service delivery execution, SLAs, and other agreements to optimize service quality.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly governance meetings with Operations Management teams to ensure alignment and address operational issues.
- Analyze incident data, prioritize and classify problems, and investigate issues through to resolution or root cause analysis.
- Support change management processes including maintaining change schedules, coordinating process interfaces, and participating in change reviews.
- Drive the strategy, execution, delivery, and operation of all IT infrastructure and services.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing business process consultancy and promoting optimal use of products.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of leadership experience in IT support or operations.
- Proven track record of managing IT operations across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in service management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team of managers and IT specialists.
- Experience in vendor management and building vendor relationships.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges and gaps.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ensure timely renewal of all operational licenses.
- Actively participate in day-to-day team activities to enhance efficiency and remove obstacles.
- Manage financial targets and resources effectively.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to improve operations and maintain high levels of governance and compliance.
