IT Manager (Downtown Los Angeles - On site)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- On-boarding and off-boarding employee accounts
- Train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations
- Active directory domain management and troubleshooting
- Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions
- Manage remote access
- Manage/Maintain virtual servers and backup systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents
- Available for on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends; occasional house calls
- Somewhat flexible hours and occasional days from home may be available for the right candidate
- Salary likely to be $120-$140k base + bonus, benefits, PTO, etc
