Technical Project Manager V
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Remote)
Duration: 09 Months

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical project plans, GSD boards, and SteerCo presentations to manage milestones, risks, and timelines and drive and coordinate project activity.
- Document the development and sprint schedule, deployment plan, incident management and response time, risks and mitigation plans, change management timeline, and data and analytics development.
- Drive the sprint plans, monitor tasks, resourcing capacity, and overall velocity, story points, and burndown rate to monitor delivery progress.
- Develop project governance and stakeholder engagement plans to collaborate and drive execution with high performance teams and stakeholders.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
- Supports facilitating User Acceptance Testing "UAT” and documents reported bugs, data/reporting requests, and tool content change requests.
- Support change management as needed, and consulting on the prioritization.

- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, Workday, Salesforce, ADP
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
