Job Duties: Responsible for cybersecurity design reviews and implementations for the Monarch product. Ensure product software security for sophisticated and complex surgical robotics systems and medical devices. Secure software by performing design input and reviews, low-level requirements generation, code analysis, and any additional processes and procedures as required. Write software to address cybersecurity concerns. Lead projects from concept to release. Work with cross-team engineers to support faster design, build, and service of next-generation of medical device technology. Analyze pen testing and other security reports. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity-related standards for Med Devices from FDA, IEC, and/or HIMSS/NEMA. Work with various security APIs and protocols, including but not limited to SSL/TLS and/or SAML. Work with open-source community and development concepts. Secure cloud-based and distributed systems.
May telecommute.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Software Engineer, Cybersecurity-related occupation .
