Job Title:Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager work closely with the Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, to develop a seasonal marketing strategy and to drive the execution of seasonal and monthly plans. The ideal candidate will drive GUP brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, public relations, emerging leadership skills and a passion for driving results across multiple facets of marketing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop, plan and execute marketing plans and content calendars across channels – including support for key product marketing and promotions to amplify cohesive GUP Brand messaging
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and target markets.
- Develop a full integrated social strategy and reporting across all organic social channels to share insights and trends to help inform programming across key touch points
- Oversee influencer/ ambassador partnerships
- Plan and prepare brand presentations and key decks on behalf of the leadership.
- Forge and nurture relationships with influencers/ ambassadors + media outlets.
- Drive campaigns + events that enhance community engagement
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborates with cross- functional teams for large accounts including growth marketing and eCommerce to ensure execution of marketing strategies remain data driven, clear and cohesive
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, sales, operations and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all marketing & PR efforts.
- Support creative leads to ensure content needs, customer journeys and tactical deliverables are met and align with objectives prior to photoshoots
- Manage partnership with outside agencies to build PR strategies and affiliate outlets and placements
- Manage quarterly budget and track expenses against budgets
- Support customer research (brand health, target consumer, etc) and identify key insights and drive integration into campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience – fashion and/or footwear industry experience preferred
- Understanding of marketing roles with a strong emphasis on social media management, PR, and driving product sales preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Understand Social trends and best practices, including social strategy across channels, Social Influences/Creators and Social commerce
- Proficient with Social Media tools including a demonstrated ability to assess social community engagement
- High degree of proficiency across the MS & Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
- Strong business and communication skills - both Verbal and Written.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and the keen nuance internally to put collaboration above competition
- Ability to work with and influence both peers and senior management
- Ability to develop and inspire direct reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Proven track record of successfully executing brand awareness campaigns and driving product sales.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective demographics, with a demonstrated ability to leverage them to drive traffic and conversion.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
