The Red Bull Culture Marketing team builds brand relevance through the execution of programs that give wings to creative communities focused in the playgrounds of music, dance, art, and social innovation. The Manager, Culture Marketing supports the development of regional culture-focused marketing projects. Through events, artists, and influencers, you will support the Senior Manager, Culture Marketing in building local and regional brand affinity while paying into Red Bull's global strategies, reporting directly to the Director, Marketing.

PLANNING & COLLABORATION
Support the Senior Manager, Culture Marketing in the development of regional Culture Marketing business plans Partner with the Senior Manager, Culture Marketing and region team (sales, event logistics, and marketing) to ensure quality execution of all Red Bull owned and supported Culture Marketing events in the region Identify regional and local scenes that influence brand image with our target consumers Support colleagues responsible for developing event programming by providing insight into regionally relevant cultural scenes and trends
EVENTS & PROJECTS
Support the Senior Manager, Culture Marketing in the execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan Promote project leadership across culture projects and events, participating in project kick-off, postmortem, and recap exercises to define and evaluate what success is Accomplish assigned local event properties, both Red Bull titled and 3rd party, always ensuring product availability and perfect production implementation Manage and allocated resources to ensure on-budget delivery of projects Develop below the line marketing plans for assigned projects and events Support the Communications team to achieve media outcome Collaborate with Brand and Partnership teams to identify appropriate amplification opportunities within local events
ARTISTS & INFLUENCERS
Partner with the Senior Manager, Culture Marketing to identify and nurture relationships with regional artists and opinion leaders to amplify our existing culture projects and lead product trial Identify locally relevant artist and opinion leader stories and help create opportunities to amplify their reach within and beyond the region Establish a rich network in regional culture and media scenes to maintain awareness of latest trends and opinions leaders
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on focus on lifestyle, experiential and culture-related marketing
- An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
- Prior budget management responsibility
- Event production experience for live music and other culture-related events
- Identify culture trends and scenes on a regional and national level
- Coordinate collaborative projects from brainstorming through execution
- An understanding of marketing communications and storytelling
- A history of excelling in collaborative and creative environments
