WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Threat Intelligence (TI) Analyst, you will be pivotal in protecting our organization by overseeing the collection and analysis of relevant intelligence. You will contribute towards ensuring the team's efficiency and effectiveness in responding to alerts discovered by commercial threat intelligence providers. As a TI Analyst, you will have opportunities to collaborate with all business units within Kaseya's growing portfolio and champion security efforts. Additionally, you will gain experience analyzing threats targeting managed service providers (MSPs) and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our team is growing quickly, allowing for excellent growth opportunities as we pursue more advanced threat intelligence topics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize, triage, and investigate curated commercial threat feed alerts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate threat intelligence into security operations and enhance detection and response capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best cybersecurity practices.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate cyber threat intelligence from various sources to stay ahead of emerging threats
- Develop and deliver threat intelligence briefings to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as GCTI, CCTIA, CISSP
- 1-3 years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and
- 3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related field
- Understanding of attacker Tools, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
- Collaborate more effectively with multiple business lines or functions to identify missing controls and help them implement these controls on time.
- Strong analytic writing skills, particularly the ability to produce quality finished intelligence products on short deadlines, as well as continuing to maintain analysis for and report on long-term strategic assessments with minimal assistance.
