Position: Enterprise IT Support Manager
Location: 3 days on-site, Ft Lauderdale FL
Travel: 25% (must have a passport)

Salary: $120K + 10%

Requirements:
5 years’ experience in a help desk/desktop environment with at least 3 years of IT leadership experience
Experience managing onshore, offshore, and distributed teams up to 10+ people
High volume experience (shipping equipment, etc.)
Microsoft Office experience (O365, AD, etc.)
Experience working in an enterprise environment (1,000+ people)
Preferred:
Experience supporting BPO environment
D2D: Our client is looking for an Enterprise IT Support Manager to join the IT team based out of south Florida. This person will be responsible for managing 25+ direct reports spread across on-shore and off-shore teams. This manager oversees both the help desk ticketing environment and desktop support. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting distributed teams of 10+ people, and comfortable providing support both domestically and internally. You will be responsible for supporting both help desk and desktop support environments. It is important this individual has experience working in a fast-paced/high-volume environment, as one of your responsibilities will be to coordinate and ship equipment (thin clients) for large waves of new hires (20-100 individuals) during busy season.
