We're searching for a motivated and accomplished Technical Account Manager to join our Client’s TAM team in the US. You'll play a pivotal role in their mission to transform enterprise cybersecurity. If you're passionate about driving growth in a customer-facing role and well-versed in SaaS solutions and observability tools, we want to hear from you.
- Help customers with technical challenges, from platform adoption to integrating new data and existing systems. Understand their requirements and goals to deliver value.
- Lead the onboarding process, which includes setting up new integrations, creating tools, providing training, and troubleshooting.
- Be well-versed in Log Management/Observability markets to offer technical best practices and build tailored plans for each customer based on data analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with technical counterparts, ensuring smooth product adoption and reflecting delivered value through regular customer meetings.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product development decisions. Collaborate with the sales team on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud/Observability at Log Management company or any Software Product company
- Solid experience with 3+ observability tools (New relic/Grafana/Splunk/etc)
- Hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes and Docker
- Solid experience in technical architecture, integrations and troubleshooting
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Effective presentation skills for executive-level interactions
- High availability for quick customer response
- Coding proficiency in high-level languages (Java, Go, Python)
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering
