The AES Group, Inc., a leader in IT services and solutions, is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Cyber Security Practice Head to lead and expand our cyber security practice. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in cyber security and will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the cyber security practice.Tops 2 Skills Needed

Required Qualifications And Skills
- Strategic Leadership: Set the strategic direction for the cyber security practice, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure delivery of top-notch services to clients, maintaining AES's reputation for excellence.
- Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of cyber security professionals.
- Solution Development: Spearhead the development of new cyber security offerings and solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other practice heads and company leadership to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery.
- Thought Leadership: Represent The AES Group at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing our presence as a leader in cyber security.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber security, or a related work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in growing a Cyber security practice or business unit.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cyber security industry, trends, and emerging threats.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
