This is a Commission-Based, remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and training clients on products and services. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for sales management.
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for identifying and securing new clients for our IT services. You will have the opportunity to represent our company's expertise and grow our presence in the market. This position offers uncapped earning potential, with commissions tied directly to your sales success.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of IT services through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and offer tailored IT solutions that address clients' specific challenges and objectives.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Proven track record of success in commission-based sales (Sales experience within the IT services industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
