This is a remote role for a Senior Sales Manager for our ERP software product. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for generate the leads, generating the sales, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, as well as analyzing sales data and generating reports.
- Proven track record of success in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Experience with B2B sales in the technology industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
