We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azara Systems Administrator with a strong background in mapping technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Azara systems, ensuring optimal performance, and leveraging their EHR data mapping expertise to support our needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azara System Administration:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Azara systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Azara applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Azara environment.
- Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of spatial data within the Azara system.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Azara systems and mapping tools.
- Resolve system issues and implement solutions to improve system functionality.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration and Improvement:
- Work closely with IT teams, data analysts, and other departments to enhance system capabilities and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Azara systems and mapping technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role with a focus on Azara systems.
- Familiarity with database management and spatial data formats (e.g., shapefiles, GeoJSON).
