Dragos is looking for a Global Proposal Manager to support our deal desk and request for proposal (RFP) functions within our sales operations team.
We're seeking a collaborative, communicative, and dedicated analyst with experience supporting various roles. You'll support the team by maintaining attention to detail and providing trustworthy research. We'd love to work with someone with a growth mindset and passion for learning. Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFI), and questionnaires, along with supporting the deadline and processes
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain the integrity and accuracy of data.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust library of accurate and successful answers and proposals
- Develop proposals, bids, or other documents describing Dragos' products, services, and organization in response to requests from prospective customers
- Provide user support on RFP/RFI toolsets (and other critical tools and applications) that enable our team through technical and business process questions
- Communicate and implement deadlines, processes, and the importance of data integrity
- Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of the information available through various systems and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with other Dragos contributors to review submittals for accuracy, completeness, tone, and formatting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of RFP, RFI, and proposal experience.
- Self-starter, confident, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities across multiple requests.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with industry-standard proposal software tools.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $94,000
- OTE + Benefits + Equity = $142,200

- Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
