Summary:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to users on Office 365 and internal applications, as well as maintaining and securing the company's IT infrastructure to meet SaaS SOC II compliance requirements. This includes troubleshooting software and hardware problems, installing and configuring new software, and monitoring the network for security threats.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to Office 365 and internal applications
- Install and configure new software related to Office 365 and internal applications
- Monitor the network for security threats
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data in accordance with SaaS SOC II compliance requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Office 365 and internal application features and functionality
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT security trends, including those related to SaaS SOC II compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support for Office 365 and internal applications
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network security tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SaaS SOC II compliance requirements
