Job Description
Work as a Security Administrator to serve as the front line of support to troubleshoot, answer questions on enterprise requirements, perform detail-level compliance support, and hands-on support across various tools. Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support through basic troubleshooting, completing intakes, and managing automated ticket inquiries from ISOs. You'll analyze problems and assist the client in their ability to fulfill RMF authorization requirements. Work with the clients to translate security concepts into actionable implementable solution recommendations to help the client make informed security decisions. Join us as we protect our nation's cyber infrastructure. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have
2+ years of experience of identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues via phone and email
Experience managing, recording, tracking, and resolving support cases with thorough documentation in a ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow system
Experience with Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM), RMF automation, and Comply to Connect
Experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security controls, the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) security documentation tool, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and security compliance processes
Knowledge of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) criteria
Ability to analyze and assess inquiries and escalate to security resources or appropriate internal personnel for additional assistance
Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline and 5 years' experience in a professional work environment or 13 years of experience in a professional work environment lieu of education
