About The Position
Job Title - DevSecOps Lead
Location - Onsite in
West Creek CA or Reno, Nevada
Duration - 12 months contract
- 5+ Years DevOps experience - Demonstrated experience in the design, prototyping and delivery of selected technical solutions
- DevSecOps using Microsoft Azure DevOps or an equivalent technology
- 5+ yrs - DevSecOps Practices and Related Tooling
- 3+ yrs - Configuration of Azure DevOps including configuration for agile planning and project execution
- 3+ yrs - Cloud VM configuration and maintenance, Virtual network configurations, - Demonstrated experience in planning IT Security practices
- 3+ yrs - Azure DevOps services for automated deployment of Cloud environments and resources
- 3+ yrs - Development and implementation of Cloud Infrastructure as Code technologies
- 3+ yrs - Experience migrating/integrating Jenkins based pipelines
- 3+ yrs - Experience with automated testing in a Cloud environment
- 3+ yrs - Cloud services (monitoring/auditing, cost optimization, CLIs etc..) - Security: network, application, DB, messaging, vault/keys
Knowledge/Skills Requirements
- Experiences in configuring, deploying, and monitoring applications in an Azure cloud environment
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience, including expertise in Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, network security groups, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Has a passion for Security, Agile, and DevOps
- Experience in management and definition of security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Automation in testing or orchestration. GitLab CI/CD experience a plus.
- Knowledge of conducting security checks (static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability analysis in applications)
- Understanding of virtualization and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide and OWASP TOP 10
- Knowledge of securing APIs
- Experience in Web and/or Mobile applications and common vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of security in micro-services is beneficial
