OTC-FSV/Micro Marts to analyze internal user needs, design, construct, architect, implement and maintain systems and mobile applications.
SALARY OFFERED: Up to $160K plus bonus depending on experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage IT requirements in sales/marketing function with a focus on Order to Cash & FSV
- Manage the interfaces & dependences between sales orders, delivery, and planning to the manufacturing systems and processes
- Provide Level 2 & 3 SAP application support relating to Order to Cash function
- Resolve tickets promptly or work with support services to escalate tickets to level 3
- Maintain SAP security through user profile management & update access permissions
- Provide suggestions for enhancements that involve custom design & optional or third-party products to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of Order to Cash systems
- Serves as a subject matter expert in the solutions & capabilities for areas of responsibility
- Administer Photo Recognition & Augmented reality application support, Sales Force Automation (SFA) plus SAP OTC – DSD/FSV (Direct Store delivery & Full-Service Vending) Support and Design
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business process area required with IT Related Master’s Degree preferred
- SAP Certification SD preferred but not required
- At least 5 years experience in SAP SD–OTC/DSD roles as technical & functional, preferably in an SAP ECC/S4HANA environment
- Experience in Cloud Computing, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Mobility, Service Oriented Architecture & Innovative Solutions required
- Experience in setting technical direction plus expert in technology implementation, planning & complex system integration, with communicating strategy to business and industry
- Track record of delivering strategic solutions in the areas of Supply Chain & Procurement
- Proficient with Service Oriented Architecture, SalesForce, Enterprise Integration, Business to Business Communications, Mobile Technologies, Cloud Computing & Innovative Solutions
- FSV VMS experience preferred
