Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications
Hardware Able to deploy and trouble shoot compute, network, and storage solutions.
Cabling Able to install and troubleshoot CAT5/6, fiber cables, and patch panels.
Virtualization Understanding of virtualization platforms, VMware ESX, Red hat KVM, and OpenStack.
Cloud/Microservices/Containers Understanding of cloud computing, AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
Scripting Able to create, modify scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Documentation Able to follow, create and update documentations.
Notes from the hiring manager- For this role, we need someone that comes from a strong background with datacenter knowledge and openshift / openstack.
