ARC Group is seeking an Application Architect to join our client's team in Tallahassee, Florida. This position requires on-site presence at our client's office, with a starting date in July 2023. As part of this project, we aim to identify a suitable candidate who will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise technologies necessary to support our client's operations. Initially, this project is anticipated to span one year, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Department to design, deploy, and maintain an enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud platform, adhering to the specified requirements.
- Take ownership of system administration tasks, including service maintenance, monthly patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation, and change control.
- Conduct proactive daily monitoring of all platforms supported by the Enterprise Cloud Support Team, as instructed by the Department.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, system administrators, and support teams daily, following the Department's guidelines.
- Provide technical expertise to users, management, vendors, and colleagues regarding issues related to other Department business offices and vendors, as directed by the Department.
- Document resolutions for Service Desk and Change Management tickets on a daily basis, following the Department's instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and administering enterprise-class Windows Server systems, demonstrating expertise in proactive monitoring, problem resolution, user support, system application support, OS support, and hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an enterprise administrator, specifically in Azure and Azure Active Directory domain infrastructure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technologies, including the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of Cloud-based platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering cloud networking solutions, such as Virtual Networks and Express Route.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering DevOps solutions within a cloud environment, such as Azure or AWS.
- At least 1 year of experience in designing, implementing, and administering cloud tagging, costing, charge-back, and scaffolding solutions on the Azure or AWS cloud.
