- candidate needs to have 5+ years of PM experience, 3+ years cyber security, cloud security experience, and PMP cert.
Job Description
TOP SKILLS:
- PMP Certified
- Someone who knows what a Raid log and Charter Document is. They live and breathe by the PMP guidelines and processes
- Candidate must have 3+ years of specific Cybersecurity experience with cloud security, PMP required.
Projects to be worked on
- Remediation/Cloud Security efforts. Deploy in the cloud environment and discovery and compliance. Roll outs and implementation of new tools. **Must have cloud Security experience**
Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision to achieve project goals
- Report on project status and identify potential synergies or conflicts with other projects
- Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the project
- Schedule and host regular project status review meetings and customer meetings
- Provide Project Status Reports and Financial updates on Projects/Programs being managed
- Oversee the implementation of project tasks and milestones
- Understand senior management's business strategy and providing project related recommendations for cost effective solutions/delivery
- Interfacing with stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture project activities
- Coordinate and Schedule the successful on-ramp/off-ramp of external project activities on behalf of the PMO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related discipline and typically 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience defining and working in Information Security, Compliance, Data Loss Prevention, Technology Operations and/or Data Protection environments
- Experience working in Cloud Security as a Project Manager
- Self-starter, motivated strong desire when required drive prototypes
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and use of common security tools
- Appropriate technical skills, such as Networking, Servers and environments
- Direct and coordinate team of contractors and cross functional teams
- PMP Certification required
