We are looking for an Enablement Specialist/Product Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs and materials to enable our sales team, channel partners, and customers to effectively sell and use our products. You will also work closely with our Product Marketing team to ensure that our product positioning and messaging aligns with our target market and customer needs.
What You'll do
- Develop and deliver effective training programs and materials for our sales team, channel partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our target market and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, and sales scripts.
- Identify and prioritize training and enablement needs based on sales performance data, customer feedback, and product updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure that enablement efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and enablement efforts and continuously improve based on feedback and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the customer journey.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with sales enablement tools, such as CRM systems, sales content management platforms, and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience
