ITSM: SEG program: Email, exchange, email security, proofpoint experience ideal
Lead planning and coordination with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, operations, business stakeholders, enterprise security and identity management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project goals, requirements and deliverables
- Break down projects into management task sets and distribute among team members
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively address potential roadblocks
- Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members utilizing precise and clear approaches appropriate to the level of leadership being addressed
- Where necessary, conduct analyses, needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments and opportunities
Essential Requirements In Addition To The Above
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a ITSM or in a similar role.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization and coordination
