This role will pay a salary of $158,000 to $158,000.

- Work directly with OVG owned and operated facilities to develop detailed training plans specifically tailored to each facility
- Assist in the creation of all emergency related plans for all OVG owned and operated facilities to
- Conduct training and exercise programs for all Prevent Advisors clients and OVG360 facilities for which contracts are in place
- Creation and expansion of new product base to help drive revenue growth year over year
- Business development and expansion of Prevent Advisors services into existing and new verticals
- Manage relationships of current client base to include actively managing projects for individual clients
- Complete all duties as assigned, on a timely basis, and with a high degree of professionalism
- 5+ years of security management or equivalent related experience
- Experience creating, facilitating and managing security preparedness exercises and training programs
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to think strategically, take initiative, be resourceful, independent, a self-starter, innovative and forward-thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, staff, contractors, partners, and the public
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments within the Organization, including, but not limited to: Finance, Legal, and Human Resources
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, Keynote/PowerPoint, and word processing programs
