About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT and Desktop Support Manager to manage our Office 365 environment, local area and wide area networks, and hardware support for Apples and Macs. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and security. This is a Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Office 365, including onboarding and offboarding users, managing licenses, and troubleshooting issues
- Manage local area and wiring networks (LAN and WAN), including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide hardware support for Apple's and Macs, including troubleshooting and repair
- Manage IT projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Provide IT support to employees, including troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in fintech
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
- Experience managing Office 365, local area and wiring networks, and security software
- Familiarity with hardware support for Apple's and Macs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Experience managing IT projects and developing IT policies and procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in fintech
