Please note, this is a field sales, client facing, strategic position. You will be expected to work with multiple clients across various industries. Experience in strategic sales in the MSP/IT sector is a must.
What you'll be doing...
You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative and strategic approach and become an expert for your customers by customizing and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs.
- Understanding and evaluating industry, business, and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales.
- Developing deep relationships with your customers while getting to know their businesses, markets, and the challenges they face.
- Crafting creative solutions to help customers achieve their goals by working closely with our technology partners and distributors through the consultative process.
- Providing services and products to help our customers connect better and become more efficient.
- Growing our business by cross selling existing accounts and onboarding new client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have...
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in client/account management and cross selling.
- Experience working within an MSP or Technology environment.
- The drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets in a high-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas and drive strategy.
- The ability to persuade and negotiate to create desired outcomes.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized.
- Demonstrating strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
